Although the recipe for jalapeño cornbread is not typically located on the box, it is available on Jiffy's website. The recipe calls for 2 packages of Jiffy corn muffin mix, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of buttermilk, 1/2 cup of sour cream, jalapeño peppers, red pepper and 1/4 cup of butter.
