During the summer of 2015, the seasonal menu at the Granite Links Tavern features signature sandwiches such as the naked lobster roll, pasta dishes such as grilled chicken Parmesan, entrées such as New York sirloin, grilled pizzas and appetizers. The Tavern at Quarry Hills serves lunch and dinner year round, and the menu typically changes with the seasons. Children have a choice of several entrées, including hamburger sliders, grilled cheese and chicken fingers, with the choice of one side.
The naked lobster roll features 3 ounces of fresh lobster meat on a toasted roll with romaine lettuce and mayonnaise. The sandwich is served with celery sticks and a choice of French fries, sweet potato fries or blue cheese coleslaw.
Guests who order the grilled chicken Parmesan receive a marinated chicken breast tossed with tomatoes, mozzarella, pomodoro sauce and basil pesto over a bed of penne pasta. The New York sirloin consists of a 12-ounce sirloin steak in a brandy peppercorn sauce. It is served with roasted potatoes and broccoli.
Grilled pizza options include the Fenway, with garlic cheese sausage, onions, tomato sauce and cheese, and Buffalo chicken, pepperoni and four-cheese. Appetizer selections range from traditional items such as shrimp cocktail and chicken tenders to more adventurous dishes such as bacon cheeseburger spring rolls. The Tavern at Quarry Hills also serves New England clam chowder and an assortment of salads.
