To freeze grapes, wash and dry them well, put them on top of a tray lined with wax paper, place them in the freezer until grapes are frozen, and store them in a sealed bag or container. Use seedless grapes for best results.
- Clean grapes
Separate the grapes from the stem, place in a colander, and rinse them thoroughly with water. Dry grapes completely with a towel.
- Place grapes on a tray
Spread grapes out on to a baking sheet lined with wax paper, parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent grapes from sticking to the tray and to easily remove grapes once frozen. Place tray of grapes into the freezer.
- Remove and store frozen grapes
Once the grapes have frozen, remove them from the freezer. You can eat them right away or save them for later by storing them in a sealed plastic bag or container.
