The ingredients in Wingstop's Lemon Pepper Classic Wings include chicken wings, flour, salt, ground black pepper, butter and lemon pepper seasoning. The chicken wings are deep fried in vegetable oil and then baked prior to serving.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot on the stove to 350 F. Dredge the wings in the flour and place in the hot oil. Fry for up to 7 minutes until wings begin to brown.
Drain wings in paper towel and place on an oven-safe baking rack. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Melt butter and combine with lemon pepper seasoning.
