There are four different Jack Daniel's barbecue sauces, and each sauce has its own specific list of ingredients. They all contain water, concentrated orange juice and Jack Daniel's whiskey as common ingredients.
Jack Daniel's Extra Hot Habanero Barbecue Sauce also has habanero chili powder, concentrated raisin juice, white wine vinegar, concentrated tomato puree, onion puree, salt and a few other ingredients for color, flavor and preservation purposes. Use this sauce in stir fry, fajitas or as a marinade with a kick. The Smokey Sweet Barbecue Glaze includes sugar, molasses, cider vinegar, soy sauce and concentrated onions. This sauce is ideal for glazing meat and vegetables or as a dipping sauce on the side.
The Smooth Original Barbecue Sauce uses concentrated tomato puree, lemon juice and raisin juice, white wine vinegar, salt and onion puree. Marinade meats, fish and vegetables in this sauce for a caramel barbecue flavor. Jack Daniel's Full Flavor Smokey Barbecue Sauce features hints of smoke flavor, along with white wine vinegar and concentrated tomato puree, lemon juice and raisin juice. With a rich flavor of hickory, this sauce is perfect as a marinade or as a dip. Each of these sauces use xanthan gum as a stabilizer. They are all suitable for vegans and vegetarians and all but the Smokey Sweet Barbecue Sauce are suitable for coeliacs.
