It calls for 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons white vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 20 drops Chinese hot sauce and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Combine the ingredients and mix until completely blended. Serve with spring rolls or egg rolls, or use in a recipe.
