To make latte pops, blend 1 cup of 2 percent Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of brewed coffee, 3 tablespoons of agave nectar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon. Freeze the puree in molds for six hours.
To make Italian sausage, combine 1 pound of lean ground pork with 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of egg substitute, 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Divide the mixture into eight portions, and shape each portion into a sausage. Spray the sausages with olive oil, and place them on baking sheets. Bake the sausages for nine to 11 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make cinnamon pumpkin pancakes, grind 1/2 cup of oats with 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of ginger for two minutes. Add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and blend the mixture. Cook the pancakes in a skillet over medium heat using 1/4 cupfuls of the batter, cooking the pancakes for two minutes on each side. Serve with applesauce.Learn more about Cooking
