Make the turkey marinade by combining 2 tablespoons each of lemon juice, lime juice and orange juice in a large resealable plastic bag. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, one minced clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon minced cilantro and 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder. Finish the marinade with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and add one 17.6-ounce package of turkey breast cutlets.

Seal the bag, and turn to coat the turkey cutlets. Place the bag in the refrigerator, and allow the turkey to marinate for at least two hours. When the marinating is complete, drain the cutlets and discard the marinade.

After heating the grill, use a paper towel moistened with canola oil to grease the grill rack. Always use long-handled tongs when handling the paper towel to avoid burns. Place the turkey cutlets on the grill and cover. Grill the cutlets over medium heat for two to four minutes per side or until no longer pink. Flip the cutlets with the tongs halfway through cooking.
