Combine the seasoning mixture with 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin and 1 large lightly beaten egg. Shape into six loaves, and place on a lightly greased broiler pan. Spread 2 teaspoons ketchup over each loaf, and bake for 25 minutes.

To make the beef and cheese noodle bake, cook 1 package of elbow macaroni following the package directions, eliminating the salt. Drain and cover pasta lightly with cooking spray. In a Dutch oven, cook 1 cup each chopped onion and shredded carrot with 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic. Add 1 pound ground sirloin and cook until brown and crumbly. Stir in 1 cup tomato sauce and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
