To grill cod fish, cut aluminum foil into squares and distribute 1 pound of equally portioned fish fillets onto the squares. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and add 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper and blend.
Pour mixture over the fish fillets, evenly distribute 1 thinly sliced onion on top of the fish, and sprinkle with paprika. Fold the foil around the fish and seal. Grill for five to seven minutes on each side. The fillets are done when they flake easily.
