Rub the mixture over a 1 1/2-pound pork tenderloin, and wrap 4 slices of bacon around the meat. Place the meat in a baking dish containing 4 fresh rosemary sprigs and 2 heads of halved garlic heads. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the meat and garlic, and roast it at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow the meat to rest for a few minutes before cutting it.
