  • 1 tbsp. onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Italian tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Step 1: Combine milk, oats, onion and salt and mix in the ground beef. Form into two loaves.

Step 2: In a hot, non-stick skillet, brown all sides of the two meatloaves. Drain the fat.
