In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold butter. Add 1/2 chopped pecans and 1/2 cup toffee bits. Sprinkle over the apples and cover. Cook on low for four to six hours.
