To make, begin cooking the rice, and combine the paprika, thyme, garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a small bowl. Melt 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, and add the lemon juice. Cooking 1 salmon fillet at a time, dip the salmon's top and bottom halves in the butter and then the spices.
