The RumChata website lists a variety of recipes that can be made using the liqueur, from food to cocktails. Other cocktail recipes include an Apple Pie Martini, which is made by shaking 2/3 parts Apple Pucker and Rumchata and 1 1/3 part vanilla vodka on ice and straining into a martini glass. A Buttered Chata shot is made with equal parts RumChata and Buttershots. A Cinnabomb shot combines equal parts of RumChata and cinnamon whiskey, and it should be served chilled.
RumChata bread pudding can be made by greasing a 9-inch by 13-inch pan and preheating an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, mix together five large beaten eggs, 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of RumChata and 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over 3 cups of cubed Italian bread and let rest for 10 minutes. Scoop the bread into the greased pan, sprinkle with 1/2 cup of light brown sugar and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until set.
