To make Betty Crocker's recipe, bake 10 cups of challah bread cubes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes. Beat eight eggs with 2 cups of half and half, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Fold in the bread cubes, and let stand for 15 minutes. Cook on low for two and a half to three hours, and serve with powdered sugar and syrup.

Top with three to four sliced bananas, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. Top with 2 tablespoons of butter slices.

Beat three eggs in a bowl, and stir in 1/4 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla. Pour the egg mixture into the slow cooker, and cook on low for three to four hours. Serve drizzled with honey.
