To make the Impossible Coconut Custard Pie, start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a blender or food processor, blend together 4 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup flaked coconut, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup biscuit mix. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate, and pour the mixture into it. Bake the pie for 45 minutes, or until the custard sets. Be sure to chill the pie before serving.
