Make Bobby Flay's perfect burger by forming 1 1/2 pounds of 80 percent lean ground chuck into four patties, making sure that the center of the burger has a slight depression and the meat is only loosely compacted. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides before grilling on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides. Spice up the burger by folding a piece or cube of cheese in the center of the meat. Some cheese options include blue cheese, pimiento cheese and mozzarella.
Another good grill hamburger recipe is barbecued burgers.
