To make Martha Stewart's cornmeal fried green tomatoes, place 1/2 cup of cornmeal, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 2 large beaten eggs into three separate bowls. Season each prepared bowl with 1/2 teaspoon of seafood seasoning. Cut two medium green tomatoes into four slices, discarding the ends. In an assembly fashion, dip each tomato slice into the flour, then the egg mixture, and lastly into the cornmeal. Fry the coated tomatoes for three minutes on each side in a large saucepan over medium heat with 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt when done.
