To make Pan de Sal, mix 2 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast, 3 1/4 cups of bread flour, 3/4 teaspoon of bread improver, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a bread machine. Add 2 tablespoons of margarine, 2 eggs and 1 cup of canned evaporated milk to the mixture, and knead the dough again using the dough mode of the bread maker. Once the dough is ready, take it out of the machine, and roll in into small balls that are about 2 inches in diameter. Place each ball into some evaporated milk, and roll it in a bowl of bread crumbs. Transfer all balls to a baking sheet, cover them, and leave them to rise for about 30 minutes. Bake the rolls at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for eight minutes.
