Crock Pot spaghetti recipes include Real Simple?s slow cooker spaghetti Bolognese and Pillsbury?s slow-cooked Italian sausage pasta sauce with spaghetti. Because pasta tends to overcook in the slow cooker, these recipes call for cooking the spaghetti separately, beginning about 30 minutes before serving the meal.
