To make Bobby Flay’s coleslaw, shred 1 head of green cabbage and 2 large carrots in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons sour cream, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons grated onion, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons white vinegar. Also add 1 tablespoon dry mustard, 2 teaspoons celery salt, and salt and pepper to taste. Add this mixture to the cabbage and carrot mixture. This recipe requires around 10 minutes prep time and feeds eight people.
To make Robert Irvine’s coleslaw, combine 6 cups of shredded cabbage and 1 cup of shredded carrot in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon celery seed, and salt and pepper to taste, and blend well. Toss the mixture into the cabbage and carrot mixture, and then chill before serving. This recipe takes around 20 minutes to prep and feeds 12 people.Learn more about Vegetables
