To make Robert Irvine’s coleslaw, combine 6 cups of shredded cabbage and 1 cup of shredded carrot in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon celery seed, and salt and pepper to taste, and blend well. Toss the mixture into the cabbage and carrot mixture, and then chill before serving. This recipe takes around 20 minutes to prep and feeds 12 people.
