Whisk two egg whites together in another bowl until the become foamy, coat the fries with them, place the fries in the spice mixture, and toss them gently until they are evenly coated.
Arrange the fries on a baking sheet that has been coated with olive oil cooking spray, making certain to leave a space between each of the fries. Spray them with olive oil cooking spray, and place them in an oven that has been preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake them for about 20 minutes or until they turn a crispy golden color, making certain to turn them over once while they are baking.
