  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup chopped cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
