Make Martha Stewart's cornflake-chocolate chip-marshmallow cookies by beating 1 cup of softened unsalted butter with 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar. After a few minutes, mix in one egg and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for seven minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/4 teaspoons of coarse salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and mix on low for less than a minute before folding in 3 cups of cornflake cereal, 2/3 cup of mini chocolate chips and 1 1/4 cups of mini marshmallows. Form the dough into cookie balls, pat the balls down, and chill them for at least one hour. Bake the chilled cookies at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.
To make corn flake oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, beat together 1 cup of softened butter, 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of sugar, and then add in 1 tablespoon each of milk and vanilla and two eggs.
