Food Network’s coffee punch recipe is from celebrity chef Paula Deen and calls for adding 3 cups prepared coffee, 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and 4 cups of milk to a large pitcher. Stir the ingredients to combine them well. In each serving mug, place 3 scoops of ice cream of any flavor. Pour the coffee over the ice cream, and serve. This recipe yields four to six servings.
To make Taste of Home’s coffee punch, combine 4 cups prepared and cooled vanilla-flavored coffee, 1 12-ounce can of evaporated milk and 1/2 cup of sugar in a large container. Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely. In a punch bowl, spoon 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice cream in the punch bowl, and sprinkle the top of the punch with ground cinnamon. The recipe yields 2 1/2 quarts and serves 13 people. Taste of Home’s coffee punch recipe comes from the 2003 Country Woman Christmas Annual publication.Learn more about Coffee & Tea
