Food Network���s coffee punch recipe is from celebrity chef Paula Deen and calls for adding 3 cups prepared coffee, 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and 4 cups of milk to a large pitcher. Stir the ingredients to combine them well. In each serving mug, place 3 scoops of ice cream of any flavor. Pour the coffee over the ice cream, and serve. This recipe yields four to six servings.
To make Taste of Home���s coffee punch, combine 4 cups prepared and cooled vanilla-flavored coffee, 1 12-ounce can of evaporated milk and 1/2 cup of sugar in a large container. Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely. In a punch bowl, spoon 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice cream in the punch bowl, and sprinkle the top of the punch with ground cinnamon. The recipe yields 2 1/2 quarts and serves 13 people.
