A good recipes for a brined turkey is Out of This World Turkey Brine, which calls for 2 gallons of water, 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 cups of canning salt, 1/3 cup of brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of minced garlic.
