To make a spinach and bacon quiche, toss 2 cups of cheddar cheese with 2 tablespoons of flour, and add 10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, 1 cup of milk, 2 beaten eggs, 3 cooked and crumbled slices of bacon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper. Pour the mixture into a pie crust, and bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
For broccoli and cheddar quiche, cook 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup of chopped onions and 1 cup of chopped broccoli in a skillet for five minutes. Beat 5 eggs, 1/3 cup of Miracle Whip dressing and 1/3 cup of milk until blended. Stir in the vegetable mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Pour the filling into a deep dish pie crust, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make a bacon and cheese quiche, combine 1 cup of milk, 4 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Place 8 cooked and crumbled slices of bacon, 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped onion in a pie crust.
