Spinach and bacon quiche, broccoli and cheddar quiche, and bacon and cheese quiche all make good quiche recipes. The broccoli and cheddar quiche requires less than an hour to make and calls for more vegetables than the other recipes.
To make a spinach and bacon quiche, toss 2 cups of cheddar cheese with 2 tablespoons of flour, and add 10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, 1 cup of milk, 2 beaten eggs, 3 cooked and crumbled slices of bacon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper. Pour the mixture into a pie crust, and bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
For broccoli and cheddar quiche, cook 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup of chopped onions and 1 cup of chopped broccoli in a skillet for five minutes. Beat 5 eggs, 1/3 cup of Miracle Whip dressing and 1/3 cup of milk until blended. Stir in the vegetable mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Pour the filling into a deep dish pie crust, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make a bacon and cheese quiche, combine 1 cup of milk, 4 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Place 8 cooked and crumbled slices of bacon, 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped onion in a pie crust. Pour the egg mixture on top, and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
