To make Rolo pretzels, preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the pretzels on the baking sheet, unwrap the Rolo chocolates, and place one on top of each pretzel. Place the baking sheet into the oven for about four to five minutes, making sure that the Rolo chocolates do not melt all the way.
After taking the baking sheet out of the oven, lightly press a pecan half on the Rolo while it is still warm. Consume the candies immediately, or wait until they cool down to place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
If there are no pecans available, substitute hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts or any other kind of nut you like. When selecting pretzels, a saltier variety adds to the recipe by contrasting with the sweetness of the Rolo chocolates.
