To make a turkey noodle casserole, cook and drain half of a 12-ounce package of egg noodles. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, and 2 cups frozen peas. Add the egg noodles and stir. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of dry bread crumbs with two tablespoons melted butter. When the casserole has cooked, remove it from the oven, stir, top with breadcrumb mixture and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
To make leftover turkey soup, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan. Cook 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 sliced carrot, and 1 diced stalk of celery in the oil until almost tender.
Add 2 cans of chicken broth, 2 cups of water and 1 envelope of Italian dressing mix to the vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil and add 2 cups leftover turkey and 1/2 cup bow-tie pasta. Cover and cook until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
