A great juice recipe that requires a juice machine is a combination of oranges, grapefruits, carrots and ginger. A second option combines parsnips, blood oranges and pineapples. A third alternative mixes watermelons, cucumbers, mint leaves, lime and sugar.
To create ginger grapefruit juice, wash one ruby grapefruit and two carrots. Peel the two carrots and one large orange. Prepare a juicer, and add the grapefruit, the orange, the two carrots and a 1-centimeter piece of ginger to create one serving of juice.
To make pineapple parsnip blood orange juice, wash two parsnips, and peel one and a half oranges and one and a half pineapples. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Prepare the juicer, and add the parsnips, blood oranges and pineapples to the machine in that order. Serve the juice immediately in glasses with ice.
To create watermelon and cucumber juice, cut watermelon into small chunks before washing and peeling one large cucumber. Add the watermelon, the cucumber, 15 mint leaves and two limes to the juicer. Stir the juices together to combine them, then stir in the sugar. This creates two servings of juice. Either serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to a day and stir well before serving.
