To make homemade spaghetti and meatballs, combine 1 pound of lean ground beef, 1 cup of fresh bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon each of dried parsley and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Add 1 can of drained mushrooms to the meat mixture along with 2 jars of spaghetti sauce and the cooked pasta. Sprinkle 1 1/2 pounds of shredded mozzarella cheese and some thinly sliced pepperoni on top, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
