Roasted Brussels sprouts and Asian grilled salmon are two highly rated Ina Garten recipes from Food Network. Both of these recipes have ratings of five stars out of five stars.
To make Ina Garten's Brussels sprouts, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the brown ends off of 1 1/2 pounds of Brussels sprouts, and then pull off any of the outer leaves. Mix them in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Place the Brussels sprouts on a pan, and roast them for about 40 minutes, shaking the pan to ensure even browning. When removing from the oven, sprinkle with some salt and immediately serve.
To make the Asian grilled salmon, light the grill, and then take about 3 pounds of salmon with the skin, and cut it into four pieces. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of mustard, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic. Drizzle the salmon with half of the marinade mixture, and allow it to sit for 10 minutes before placing the fish on the grill, skin-side down.
Grill for about five minutes, then turn before grilling for an additional five minutes. Remove the fish, top with more of the marinade and serve warm.
