To make Buffalo sauce, combine 2/3 cup of hot pepper sauce, 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper and 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder in a pot over medium heat, adding salt to taste.
