To make the beer n' butter poultry injection, heat 1/2 pound of butter in a small pan on low. Add 1/2 can of good beer, 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons of Tabasco, along with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 2 teaspoons of onion powder. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until the sauce is smooth. Keep it warm for injection.
To make the savory turkey injection, whisk together in a small saucepan 1/4 cup of light oil, 1/4 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of bay leaf and 1 teaspoon of thyme, as well as 1 teaspoon of sage and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Make sure that the pieces of herbs can fit through a needle. Add the herb mixture to the saucepan, and cook it for five minutes on medium heat.
To make the hot and spicy injection, combine 1 cup of chicken broth, 4 tablespoons of Louisiana hot sauce, 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper.
