To make Food Network's recipe, marinate 1 1/2 pounds of halibut for 30 minutes in the following mixture: 1 cup of buttermilk, one sliced jalapeno, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, the juice of 1/2 lime, and salt and pepper to taste. Grill the fish four minutes per side over medium high heat. Break the fillets into chunks, and sprinkle them with lime juice and salt.
Mix 1/2 head of shredded green cabbage with 1/4 shredded red onion and 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro. Combine 1/2 cup of sour cream with one chopped chipotle, the juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tablespoon of honey, and salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the cabbage. Grill 16 to 20 corn tortillas, and fill each with a spoonful of the fish and some slaw.

Grill the fish three minutes per side over medium high heat, and break it into chunks.
Combine 1/2 head of sliced red cabbage with 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 3/4 cup of sliced red onion, 1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of canola oil, as well as salt and pepper. Fill six warmed taco shells with the fish, the slaw, avocado slices, sour cream and salsa.
