Spicy black bean dip and guacamole are savory dips you can make in a Magic Bullet blender. Coconut whipped cream and light cheesecake dip are examples of sweet dips.
Coconut whipped cream is an appropriate dip for strawberries, pineapple slices and other fruit. The recipe calls for one can of refrigerated coconut milk, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. When refrigerated, coconut milk separates into a thick top layer over coconut water. Scoop only the thick layer into the Magic Bullet, and blend for 30 seconds. Add the sugar and vanilla, and blend for up to three minutes.
The base for spicy black bean dip is canned black beans, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper and one chopped jalapeño. Chopped tomato, sour cream and fresh cilantro round out the base. The flavorings include red cayenne pepper, cumin powder and fresh lime juice. First, blend the onion, garlic, bell pepper, jalapeño, tomato and cilantro until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, pulsing until the dip is smooth.
The guacamole recipe calls for two ripe avocados, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped cherry tomatoes and fresh cilantro. A squeeze of lemon or lime juice keeps it fresh. Scoop out the avocado, and add it to the blender. Top with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
Light cheesecake dip calls for 4 ounces of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/3 teaspoon of vanilla. Add all ingredients plus one quartered graham cracker into the Magic Bullet, and blend until the mixture is smooth. Fresh fruit and graham crackers are the suggested dipping items.
