Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1/4 cup of sifted powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and stir until all ingredients are well blended and the batter is stiff.
Divide the dough into 1-inch balls, and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, and then place the cookies on a wire rack, and let them cool slightly. Finally, roll the cookies in powdered sugar, and let them cool completely.
