One good chicken recipe that includes Kraft Parmesan cheese is Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken from Kraft Recipes. It can be prepared in 25 minutes and makes four 1 1/2 cup servings.
To make this recipe, 1/2 pound of fettuccine is prepared according to package directions. Meanwhile, one pound of chicken breast that has been cut into strips is cooked in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for five to seven minutes. The chicken is set aside, and 2 teaspoons of flour are added to the skillet, along with 1 1/4 cups of chicken broth. The broth and flour are blended with a whisk until smooth.
Then, four cubed ounces of Neufchatel or cream cheese is added to the skillet along with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoons of garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. These ingredients are cooked for about two minutes, with constant stirring, until the mixture boils and becomes thick. The chicken is then added back to the skillet and mixed with the sauce. The cooked fettuccine is drained and placed in a large bowl, where it is tossed with the chicken and sauce until coated. The dish is sprinkled with another tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and served immediately. The Kraft website suggests the addition of hot, cooked broccoli or some chopped parsley just before serving.
