- 1 cup chocolate chips or baking chocolate
- 1 cup nuts, such as peanuts, macadamia nuts or almonds
- 3/4 cup dried fruit, such as dried apricots, cranberries or raisins
Step 1: Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. When all the chocolate pieces are melted, set the mixture aside and let it cool slightly.
Step 2: Add the nuts and dried fruit to the mixture. Stir the mixture so that all of the ingredients are blended evenly in the chocolate.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with wax paper or a muffin tin with paper cups. Use a spoon to drop the mixture onto the sheet or into the cups.
Step 4: Let the mixture cool and set for 1 hour. The cookies are ready when they are solid and firm. Store the cookies in the fridge.
