Mix a box of instant pudding, 1 cup of whole or skim milk, and 8 ounces of Cool Whip with 1 cup of gluten-free liquor. Vodkas produced with grapes, potatoes or corn, including the popular Smirnoff and Ciroc brands, are safe for a gluten-free diet and are masked well by the pudding's flavor.
