Fruits all have sugars to nourish the plant seed that they cover. Sugars are carbohydrates, so there are no no-carb fruits. Some of the lowest-carb fruits are the avocado, coconut, raspberry, strawberry and passionfruit.
Avocadoes win for having almost no carbs at only one-half carb per whole avocado. Coconuts have 1.3 carbs per 1/4 cup serving, raspberries have 1.5 carbs and strawberries, 1.8 carbs. Fruits with higher carb counts, such as watermelon at 2.6 carbs, cherries at 4.2 carbs, mangoes at 6.3 carbs, peaches at 8.9 carbs and whole oranges at 12.9 carbs are still low-carb.
All servings are 1/4 cup unless otherwise noted.
