Moroccan chicken, braised apple pork chops and fried chicken are all foods that can be cooked using a flip pan. The flip pan grills meats and sandwiches with its grilled interior. The flip pan also steams vegetables, rice and dumplings with its silicone gasket seal.
To make Moroccan chicken in a flip pan, first preheat the flip pan for five minutes on each side. While the pan is heating, flatten and season a whole chicken top and bottom with salt a pepper. Pour olive oil into the flip pan, and cook the chicken for five minutes with the skin side down.
Then, flip the pan, and cook for five more minutes. Open the pan, and add chicken stock, onion, lemon and turmeric. After five minutes, add peppers, cilantro and olives, cooking the mixture for 10 more minutes.
To make fried chicken in a flip pan, start by dissolving sea salt in buttermilk in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces to the buttermilk to soak. After one hour, mix flour and seasonings in a separate bowl, and head the flip pan to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat the chicken in the flour, and cook it on the flip pan for 10 minutes per side.
