Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
This ice cream sandwich cake recipe can be adjusted easily, whether it with the flavor of ice cream or the toppings, which can include whipped cream, nuts like pecans or peanuts and chocolate and caramel topping sauce.

- 24 ice cream sandwiches
- 2 8 oz. containers of whipped topping.
- 1 12 oz. jar of hot chocolate sauce and 1 12.oz) jar of caramel sauce
- 1 (1/4) cup pecans
- Create layers
- Cover and freeze
Arrange layer of ice cream sandwiches on a 9 by 13 inch pan. Top with a layer of whipped cream, followed by chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Repeat with the remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped cream and sauces. Finish the final layer with a coating of whipped cream.
This recipe does not require baking, but does need to set and cool before serving. Cover with aluminum foil and let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes.
