The-Grilling-Spot.com’s Rotisserie Grilling Chart features the type of roast cooked on a rotisserie along with the internal temperature the roast must reach to serve as rare, medium or done. For instance, a 2- to 3-pound rib roast must cook for 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours. The roast is rare at 130 degrees F, medium-done at 150 degrees F and well-done at 160 degrees F.
