You can use sliced turkey for many types of quick and easy snacks. Top a long piece of celery with turkey and cream cheese, or wrap pretzel rods in turkey slices. Alternatively, top crackers with turkey, in addition to cheese, hummus and various types of vegetables. Hummus is also good on other food items, such as a whole-wheat tortilla, vegetables or toast. Make a snack with sliced cheese by combining it with sliced turkey or ham and apple wedges.
