How Do You Eat a Lobster Tail?

To eat a lobster tail, take a sharp knife and cut down the middle into the part of the lobster's underside that is made of a white or translucent material, starting at the end of the tail. From here, the tail splits open, making the meat easily accessible.

Another way to eat a lobster tail is to remove the little flippers at the end of the tail to create a narrow hole. Next, stick a small fork into this hole, and then push the meat out of the part where the tail was connected to the rest of the lobster.
