Use peaches that are firm but not too hard. Add water to a pot, and heat it to a rolling boil. Fill another container with ice and water. Use a spoon to lower the small peach into the boiling water for 30 seconds.
Take the little peach out of the boiling water, and submerse it in the ice water. Leave it there for at least 10 seconds. Remove the peach from the ice water, and then pinch the skin as you pull it off.Learn more about Fruits & Veggies
