Chili dog casserole, peanut butter cookies, macaroni and cheese and tumbleweeds are four easy recipes that use three or four ingredients. The chili dog casserole and tumbleweeds have four ingredients, whereas the peanut butter cookies and macaroni and cheese have three.
To make a chili dog casserole, spread 30 ounces of canned chili onto a greased baking dish. Place 1 hot dog on each of 5 corn tortillas and roll each one up. Place the tortillas over the chili, top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, cover and bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make peanut butter cookies, mix 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 egg. Drop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto cookie sheets and bake for 14 to 16 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make macaroni and cheese, bring to a boil 12 ounces of evaporated milk, 4 cups of water, 1 pound of elbow macaroni and salt to taste. Boil at medium-heat for six minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer for eight minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and mix in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
To make tumbleweeds, melt 11 ounces of butterscotch chips with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Mix until smooth and stir in 12 ounces of peanuts and 4 ounces of potato sticks. Drop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto pans lined with wax paper, and refrigerate until set.
