Meatballs, broccoli cheese soup, taco bake and chicken salad are four easy recipes that only use five ingredients. The chicken salad is ready in under 10 minutes, whereas the taco bake recipe requires 50 minutes of preparation and cooking time.
To make meatballs, mix 2 pounds of ground beef with 6 ounces of chicken stuffing mix, 1 chopped onion, 1 cup of water and 2 eggs. Shape the mixture into meatballs, and bake them for 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make broccoli cheese soup, add 3 cups of stock, 2 cups of chopped broccoli and 1 diced onion to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a low boil. Cook over medium heat for five minutes and stir in 15 ounces of evaporated milk. Cook the soup for three more minutes and stir in 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
To make a taco bake, form a crust using canned crescent dinner roll dough and place it over an ungreased pie plate. Cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat for eight to 10 minutes. Drain the beef and stir in 3/4 cup of salsa and 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix. Simmer the beef mixture for five minutes and transfer it to the pie plate. Sprinkle the beef with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and bake it for 14 to 17 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
To make a chicken salad, combine 16 ounces of coleslaw blend with 2 tablespoons of sliced green onions, 9 ounces of cooked chicken breast strips and 1/3 cup of citrus-flavored vinaigrette dressing. Crush 3 ounces of ramen noodles and stir them into the salad.
